IsabelMarco is probably one of the best PTC right now. The combination of 25 daily ads, high per click earnings, and super support make this number one! Payments are always right on schedule, even early sometimes. The ad prices for promoters are great, so this adds even more cash clicks to the daily total. If you have the $9 to upgrade monthly, definitely do it. Earnings will go faster, and you get paid in half the time.
